    Organic pasteurised A2 cow milk, canola oil, mixed herbs, garlic, vegetarian rennet, salt, lactic starter culture.

  • Shelf Life

    This product will keep for 2 months refrigerated. Leave the cheese submerged in oil after opening.

  • How to use

    Garlic and Herb Bouchees can be spread onto a slice of sourdough bread, or crackers. 

    It works beatifully to enhance the flavour of pasta, or jacket potatoes.

    Use the left over oil for dressings or marinades.

    We deliver weekly to all of New Zealand via overnight courier.

    Items are packaged in carton boxes, with wool insulation and ice packs.

    Our cheeses are made-to-order to limit food waste -  to avoid disappointment, we recommend placing your order a week ahead.
