Very popular, they make the perfect "amuse-bouche".
Try it with a salad, on pizza, or simply on a cheese platter, straight from the jar.
Made with Organic Jersey Cow milk.
Available in 200g re-usable glass jar.
Organic pasteurised A2 cow milk, canola oil, mixed herbs, garlic, vegetarian rennet, salt, lactic starter culture.
This product will keep for 2 months refrigerated. Leave the cheese submerged in oil after opening.
How to use
Garlic and Herb Bouchees can be spread onto a slice of sourdough bread, or crackers.
It works beatifully to enhance the flavour of pasta, or jacket potatoes.
Use the left over oil for dressings or marinades.
