This selection contains a combination of Fromage Frais (slightly salted spreadable cheese) and Probiotic Yogurt. Perfect for an afternoon snack, a grazing platter, or to dip into with your favourite vegetable sticks.

Products are made from A2 milk and live lactic bacteria. There are no preservatives or additives – just 100% as nature intended.

HOW TO USE
Both can be used plain or as a base for dips (like tzatziki) or spreads (think herbs, paprika, garlic).
Fromage Frais can be used like feta or ricotta or as a lower-fat alternative to cream cheese. Try it on your bagel, baked into quiche or crumbed over your salad.
Probiotic Yogurt is unsweetened, with a fresh taste and mild acidity. Try in a salad dressing or as a base for tzatziki. It contains live probiotic bacteria good for your gut. Benefits from probiotic bacteria are lost if heated above 50°C. Depending on the type of milk it is made with, the texture will vary from very thin (goat – for drinking) to standard (cow) to very thick (sheep – Greek style).
INGREDIENTS and SHELF LIFE
- Fromage Frais: fresh pasteurised milk, salt, vegetarian rennet, lactic starter culture.
- Probiotic Yogurt: fresh pasteurised milk, probiotic starter culture.
All products have a 3-week shelf life. They need to be kept refrigerated. Being live products, their taste will evolve slightly over their shelf life.
Delivery fee is $5 for Auckland metro.
Your cheese will be placed in an insulated box and icepack to keep it cool, and delivered to your front door. You will be notified by text when delivered.
