My name is Anabelle, a French-born Kiwi on a mission to share my passion for good, simple food with lovingly crafted dairy products that melt in your mouth.

Milk is a precious food that has been
feeding humans for millennia.
I source my milk from local farms
that put their animals and the environment
at the forefront of every decision.
It is kept as nature made it, not standardised, not homogenised, to guarantee premium cheese quality.

The Archive Bistro
My favourite? Sheep Fromage Blanc, It’s a lovely product.
I use it for my pappardelle and cheese dumplings, it works really well. Tart in flavor, creamy,
and a texture like crème fraiche.
Anabelle has been supplying us with her amazing Fromage Blanc. This product is really incredible and has become part of our menu
at Clarence Bistro.
We chose Anabelle’s Goat Curds for our Roasted Cauliflower dish because it’s super local and the freshest you can get. I also love Anabelle's openness when it comes to creating new cheeses for our menu.
Anabelle’s products are outstanding. We’ve used different ones over the years, her Creme Fraiche is definitely the highlight, silky texture and the freshest flavour you can get in New Zealand.
