At 23, armed with my work holiday visa and Masters in Food Technology, I moved halfway around the world from France to come live in New Zealand. 10 years later, I'm a proud Kiwi, but I've never forgotten the tastes of home, including our world-famous cheese!
That is why many of my cheese recipes are French-inspired, including my award-winning fromage frais.....

PRODUCTS

Wholesome and 100% natural

I offer French-influenced fresh cheeses made with A2 milk from sheep, goat and organic cow.
I play with texture, sweetness, sourness and salt levels to suit your tastes and support your creativity in the kitchen.

FROMAGE FRAIS

A staple in France, fresh, creamy, lightly salted with a refreshing tang. 
Spread it on a fresh baguette, delicieux!

FROMAGE BLANC

A velvety, thick and glossy fresh cheese. So versatile, enjoyed with fresh fruits as much as with pasta.

SHEEP MILK

Fresh, pure, untouched sheep milk.

Sourced from New Zealand's most well cared for sheep, it just tastes like vanilla ice cream.

NATURAL YOGURT

Thick, thin, ropy, whatever the texture you're after, it's surprisingly refreshing, yet decadent.

FRESH CURDS

So soft it disappears in your mouth, and you find yourself asking for more.
This is an ally in the kitchen.

CRÈME FRAÎCHE

Typical of a French style crème fraîche, it doesn't taste sour, but rather sweet and fresh, with an incredible smooth finish. My childhood easiest dessert: crème fraîche and sugar.
