At 23, armed with my work holiday visa and Masters in Food Technology,
I moved halfway around the world from France to come live in New Zealand. 10 years later, I'm a proud Kiwi,
but I've never forgotten the tastes of home, including our world-famous cheese!
That is why many of my cheese recipes are French-inspired, including my award-winning fromage blanc,
fromage frais and creme fraiche.

Typical of a French style crème fraîche, it doesn't taste sour, but rather sweet and fresh, with an incredible smooth finish. My childhood easiest dessert: crème fraîche and sugar.
